4.1. We do not create or maintain user personal databases in a structured form (CRM, Excel, Google Sheets). Inquiries sent through the feedback form are received at our email and stored as regular email correspondence.
4.2. We retain correspondence with the user for the period necessary to fully and comprehensively resolve the issue raised in the inquiry, as well as to comply with legal requirements regarding record-keeping (confirmation of the fact, content, and date of the inquiry).
4.3. The maximum retention period for personal data in active correspondence is no more than 1 (one) year from the date of the last interaction with the user.
4.4. After the specified period, we take measures to delete the correspondence from the active mailbox or archive it in an anonymized form that precludes further use of the email address for any communications.
5. Data Protection Measures
5.1. We take reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, destruction, alteration, copying, or distribution.
5.2. Access to the mailbox receiving inquiries is limited to the persons directly responsible for processing inquiries.

6.2. However, the Administration guarantees that it does not transfer user personal data to the hosting provider or other technical services for their independent use.
